Store policies

Welcome to my store! I hope you enjoy my handmade creations as much as I love making them. Here you will find paper clay and mixed-media sculptures, paintings, jewelry and decorations. All my pieces are either limited edition or one-of-a-kind.

Payment policy

I accept PayPal payment in US dollars.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal.

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see two options, the second one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. For help using Paypal, visit this link.

Orders

Orders are only accepted for the continental USA.

Shipping policy

Shipping is free and limited to the 48 contiguous states in the USA. Most orders are shipped using FedEx or USPS (US Postal Service).

Orders will be shipped to the address listed with PayPal. LyndaMakara.com is not responsible for addresses that have not been updated or are otherwise incorrect, so please verify this information before completing your purchase.

Orders will be shipped in sturdy but recycled packaging within two business days of your payment clearing.

Lost or stolen packages

LyndaMakara.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Before reporting a missing package, please check with your neighbors to see if they received it and forgot to tell you.

If the package is lost in transit, I will work with the carrier to track the package and collect insurance if applicable. In that scenario, your payment will be reimbursed after the carrier pays the insurance claim.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify me within two business days via the Contact form. Please hold on to the packaging as the shipping carrier may want to inspect it in order to process the insurance claim.

You may be asked to submit pictures of the damage.

Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact me within three business days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
